Its a complex case... I don't view him as criminal though, He seemed like a nice guy who knew how to have fun and could care less about the RIAA. But he did break the law, so I'm not against his arrest but I'm with the EFF on the fact megaupload shouldn't of been shutdown how it was, there was a lot of legit data on there that people hosted on there. If I had to guess, I'd say with megaupload gone, probably about 30% of KFs mods now link to broken sites with no mirror.

But yeah I agree with you but... I don't think he is such a bad man. I'm not a expert on copyright law but to me... its flawed along with many other things in our laws.
